SMS Fails

I am unable to send certain text messages, for example to radio competitions. Other messages seem to be OK. Any ideas?

Messages that cost more than the standard rate are not covered in your allowances StephenD22. You would need to topup to send such messages.

Does this also apply to supposedly free shortcodes e.g. 65075?

That's a bit naughty tbh. Forcing a user to needlessly have top up credit to enable obviously free messages.

That number 65075 is free as thats to get your pac code.
Lebara offers no credit so anything outside has to be paid for.
Its technically pay as you go but with allowances
