How to give app permission to use camera to verify age to stop certain blocks

I can't receive certain verification texts as content blocked and can't verify age due to My Lebara app not able to take photo of me as doesn't have permission. I've been in apps to change settings as far as I'm aware there's no blocks on lebara using camera but every time I try says it doesn't have permission to use camera. Help
