Extra Charges

Hello, I am new to Lebara.
Please can someone explain how I can ensure that I do not get charged anything more than my monthly charge.I only want to use what is included in my plan. Is there any setting I need to activate. Thank you.

What sort of plan are you on YCYC? Generally as long as you don't use more that you call, SMS and data allowances and abide by the fair usage policy you shouldn't see any unexpected charges.

Sounds good YCYC. As long as you keep an eye on your usage you'll be fine. If you do need extra credit any any point then you can top up.
