Making calls

I’ve just swapped to Lebara and after installing my SIM card I haven’t been able to make calls. I can call over WhatsApp and access the Internet but not make actual phone calls. Any ideas?

Have you ported your old number into Lebara LouiseR6 and if so when was this done?
