I have 100 unused international call minutes which includes China in the list. When I try to call I am asked to add premium minutes. Why would that be?

International minutes should do the job here IanH24. I would suggest giving customer support a shout so they can take a look at your account to see whats going on.

      Thanks for the reply Martin.
The facts are these. There are 52 countries listed on the allowed UK to abroad calling network. It included China. Despite dropping the 0 in the call prefix I was immediately disconnected. I have 100 unused international minutes on my call plan. When I enquired with Lebara outsourced help line I was told I needed an add on. So, I conclude I would not trust what is advertised from Lebara.
