Some callers have a message "number not recognised " when phoning..

Some callers get the message "number not recognised ".
Why is that happening and how can it be resolved?

RachelH7 What phone do you have? Did you recently change from a SIM card to an Esim? Seems to be linked to the Esim. It is on the new pixel 11 anyway. Same issue, no fix.

Thanks for commenting. It's the Samsung A14 so quite old. No, I haven't changed to Esim at all. Very frustrating!
