Roaming in Croatia.
I've had a message welcoming me to Bosnia and Herzegovina (!) with very hi roaming rates compared with Croatia. I've no intention of travelling to B&H or near to the border. I'm many miles from BH with a high range of mountains between Croatia and BH. How do I ensure I'm only charged Croatian EU roaming rates?
