Add On for Roaming in Morocco

Just back from Trip to Morocco. Bought an add on to ensure I had Roaming whilst away. Data roaming didn't work. I checked all my settings with those recommended by Lebara. No data roaming :-)

Id contact lebara support maybe able to refund you.

Hi,
Same problem. This is my first night in Morocco and no mobile internet, though I have purchased a roaming pack and sms/calls work and are drawing down my roaming allowances.
I have reviewed the settings and no obvious issues. Tried restarting and so on. Any suggestions as to how to get this fixed?
My phone isn't compatible with esim which is why I oped for thd roaming addon.

Same problem here, only 3G available and can’t use data when not on WiFi.

Thanks for the suggestion- no luck here. I did contact Lebara and they sent me a whole load of resets to try. I’m not tech savvy to couldn’t do it all.

Hi. Exactly the same in Morocco. Worked OK for about a day then failed. Support say was a problem with my Pixel phone but I don't believe that as same phone worked fine before. At least they refunded

Eventually working now - 5 days into my holiday. Turned off automatic network and selected the maroc one.
