When arriving in Germany I found that I could not connect my iPhone to roaming after making all the adjustments to the settings as advised. My partner that has a different iPhone but the same Lebara package as me could. The AI and Help line did not really help except they did say to do a network reset. The APN details that they tell you to input when traveling abroad uk.labara.mobi did not work on my phone so instead I used the Vodafone wap.vodafone.co.uk details instead which I put into all of the mobile data network settings. Worked for me! Now there is no problem. My phone is connecting/roaming fine.
