Free Costa coffee

Claimed the free Costa coffee a couple of days ago but did not screenshot the QR code thinking it would just remain in the app, checked it yesterday but there is no sign of this reward.
Have I lost this reward or am I doing something wrong ?

DavidM94 Once a you have claimed an offer, it will sit under ‘My Offers’ within the account section, so you can easily access it again there. If you login and click this link it will take you there.
