Replacement sim not good

Site won’t send me replacement sim - then go to help who refer me back to that auto service- been with them a long time but if I can’t get a sim to make a call no point in using them anymore!

I'm sure we can get you sorted out RobertB28. Can you give a bit more context on whats happening when you try to order a new replacement SIM online? Are you getting any error messages or page freezes?
