Hi I'm going to spain for 11 days. I've been before and even though I have roaming on, I haven't been able to use my phone to access the Internet or to ring someone in England once I'm away from the accommodation WiFi. Is this because I need to buy an add on and if so, would u have yo wait for a sim to arrive?

ElaineC9 Spain is one of the Roam Like Home destinations so you shouldn't have any issues using your phone like you do in the UK. If you do have any issues contact customer support for assistance.
