Remove restrictions

How can I remove restrictions from my account? I’m being directed to Yoti but it doesn’t seem to be working. Is there an alternative?

When you say it's not working whats actually happening when you try and verify your age MichaelJK? Are you seeing any error messages or codes?

Hi, once I get to the yoti site to take a photo to verify my age, the screen goes black and I end up back at the verify your phone number page

MichaelJK one thing to try is checking the My Lebara app settings and make sure access to the camera is on. Take a look and let me know the result.
