New customer

I ordered my sim thursday and it was dispactched the website says usually arrives next day. my dispatch email says 2 days 1st class. its not arrived today and i had also been to ther delivery office thismoring incase they wasnt delivering today. nothing . post came this afternoon nothing. should the sim be showing in my online account? as its doesnt list anthing and keeps asking me to link a number.
