Changing payment method

My husband and I have been trying to change our payment method as my husband had to change his email address. We do it through paypal bit did not take payment because of change. Any suggestions.

I would advice giving customer support a quick call to get some assistance with making sure the email addresses and payment methods are all correct and up to date CatherineC1.

Tried that on various but with no success. All we wanted to know where payment was going to be taken from. Have now given up nd looking to moving to another supplier. Told us they did not have that information on system but thank you.
