Both my partner and I have recently switched to Lebara in the UK. She has apple and I have Samsung. Her reception in the house is good and mine is almost non-existent. So much so, that I struggle to make calls, and when someone calls me, I often can't hear anything and they can't hear me. This is unacceptable and if it continues, I shall leave Lebara. Does anyone else in the UK (York) have the same problem?
