Number spoofing

Hi,
Does anyone else has this problem where you get call from unknown number saying that they have received call from my number, however i haven't called any of those numbers?
It's been weeks since i am receiving those calls, i have to turn off my number so that i don't get call.
Does Spammer using my number to call people?
