Seems that updates to your data usage on your account is very difficult?
The updates to your are very irregular. I had one data update on my account of nearly 40GB at 00:04 on 15/11/25. 40% of my 100GB allowance.
My use of the data is viewing Youtube and browsing during daytime/evening which is pretty even over a day, no large downloads. And nothing after around 11pm. Yet there are large blocks of data that cannot be accounted for?

My phone switches itself off between 11pm and 6.30am.
As far as I can see it requests manual updates when available.
I did contact support re these large blocks of data on my previous sim, they were not very helpful.
Its odd how Lebara irregularly debits data from your remaining account total?

I am having similar issues with 7.64gb of data use logged at 02.30am whilst asleep. All background refresh options are off, cloud drive, cloud backup, updates , set to wifi only and wifi assist ( mobile data used when wifi signal poor) is also switched off. Lebara failed to call me back after reporting this problem, not for the first time either. Called again today and promised a call back later.

I too get Data usage daily overnight when my computer switched off and me asleep overnight. My SIM is in a wireless router with a home phone plugged in and router + a home phone left continuously on. Lebara say not able to identify who/what is using the data.
Yes, I also don't get call back when promised after contacting them with problems.
Please Lebara would you give some consideration to answering these odd Data usage anomalies.

Maybe we should consider contacting Ofcom the UK Communications governing body

I should point out that I am in a very rural location with nobody in range of my WiFi so nobody can connect to my gear that way.

TP-Link reply - wireless router TL_MR6500v series 2.0 (VoIP built in) with Lebara SIM
Regarding unexplained data usage, a 4G LTE router can consume data even when you are not actively using the internet. This is mainly because:
                1. The router needs to maintain communication with the mobile network provider to stay online, which uses some data.
                2. If any devices are still connected to the router, background processes or apps on those devices (such as updates, cloud sync, or push notifications) could continue to use data, even if you are not actively browsing.
Can switch off router when not required and switch on again and set up settings will NOT have to be redone.
