My daughter is on Lebara and complains she frequently gets "Call Failed" when ringing one particular number - my wife's - which is also on Lebara
We've checked the blocklist in my wifes phone - number not shewn.
My calls to that number connect ok. (I'm also on Lebara).
Daughters calls to her kids and her hubby, also on Lebara numbers, connect ok.
The issue seems to be just my daughter's calls to my wife.
Odd.
