    I ported my number into my new ESIM contract with lebarra a week ago and I am still unable to make it receive calls.
    This has been extremely frustrating as I've contacted customer services several times and keep being given false promises of a resolution.
    I have missed work calls and interview calls due to this.

      Bertcosby tiagopook I'm sorry to hear that you've both had issues following your eSIM port. Can you let me know if it's just calls that are affected or is data and SMS not functioning either?

        I can still send text and receive data.
        The way this has been handled my your colleagues is disgraceful. How can you get this sorted wrong that I end up without my phone for over a week ?

          Bertcosby Think it will have been about a week for me tomorrow, and I am unable to do internet banking, contact GP, hospital and so on....the chat seems to keep going round in circles with nothing getting sorted alas.
