Sim cards and security cameras

Hi
I have purchased a 4G security camera, which came with a 64Gb memory SD card, and another card which is described as a data provider card to allow streaming access to 4G networks. Apparently it is a roaming card so the camera can be accessed by smartphone from almost anywhere.
I don't yet know if the camera can only function with this particular card, but I think not.
Can Lebara supply such a card, and what would be the cost?

Thanks for the question RGHMGA, Lebara SIMs offer calls, SMS and data without restrictions so compatibility will depend on the 3rd party device, rather than the SIM which has no built in restrictions.
