Incoming message not working

Hi, I completed the port a few days ago and since then I’ve been having issues with SMS. After restarting the phone and doing a network reset, I’m able to send messages but I’m not able to receive any. I spoke to chat support and they said there was an issue on their side with SMS and advised me to try again after 24 hours. However, I don’t see any reported outage on Downdetector.

Is it normal sms or rcs messages

I tried both no luck
