    Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance on a number port that hasn’t completed.
Yesterday was my scheduled port-in to Lebara from Vodafone. My Vodafone SIM stopped working early in the day, and my Lebara SIM became active with a temporary number. Since then:
    • My real number has not appeared on the Lebara SIM
    • Incoming calls/texts to my real number fail
    • Outgoing calls from the Lebara SIM still show the temporary number
    • Lebara support told me the port would complete by midnight
    • It is now the next day (after 12:00 noon), and nothing has changed
It feels like the port got stuck halfway through. Vodafone has clearly released the number because my old SIM is inactive, but Lebara has not yet activated it on their side.
    My main question:
If the port hasn’t completed, and my number is essentially in limbo, is my PAC still considered “unused”?
In other words, could I give the same PAC code to a different network (EE, O2, Smarty, etc.) and have them take over the port request?
I know PACs are only officially “consumed” once the port is fully completed, but I’m unsure whether the deactivation of my old SIM counts as completion.
    Has anyone experienced this before?
Is the PAC still valid if the port never finishes?
Any advice from the community or staff would be appreciated.
    Thanks.
