Roaming in the Caribbean

Hi. I’m on St. Lucia. Bought an add on roaming package. Clicked mobile data on and roaming on. Tried Apple Maps, got a map but an error message when trying to get a route through directions - no server found. What else do I need to do? Currently showing 1GB of 1GB still left of data?

Are your apn settings setup

APN is set to uk.lebara.mobi. Is that the right setting?

Did that. Still nothing!

Is roaming enabled in settings on phone.

Yes. Still nothing. My account history shows multiple attempts to use data roaming but no connection. Going home tomorrow so won’t need it now!
