Access through farm gate

Hi I was added to list by my daughter so I could call the farm gate to gain access the calls go through France but all I get is a recorded message whereas my husbands phone gets through straightaway I’m supposed to have 100 minutes of international calls on my contract

International minutes are from UK to international destinations usually.
Though should work in EU
