Have a monthly sim only plan that has 100 international minutes. I am in Sri Lanka and can’t seem to call my wife’s uk mob while we are here. She has the same plan ??

International minutes are calling from UK only to sri lanka not while roaming in sri lanka.
There is no free sri lanka roaming.
