How to Cancel one of my plans?

    Got a notification saying the payment method wasn’t working, forgot I got a new card and don’t know how to put my new details in, accidentally made a new plan and don’t need it.

    I'm sorry to hear that you had some difficulties with your plan Autumnw477474761616. The usual process for cancelling is to turn off auto-renew and the plan will stop after 30 days (more info here) however if you already have an existing plan that you'd prefer to use I'd suggest getting in touch with the customer services team who can assist you further. You can call 5588 from your Lebara number to reach the team.

      Martin is this the same with 12 month contracts? I’m 2 days into a lebara 12 month plan, I have no coverage at work indoors and very poor outdoors and at home, I know it’s a vodaphone issue, I spoke with customer services who just switched off the auto renew and said it was as simple as that but I’m concerned I’m breaking a 12 month contract, and I don’t want to be hit with late payment charges etc
