Why do my texts not get sent with the following messages ‘Message not sent: service not activated on network? I’m seriously thinking of ditching Lebara

Lebara has been experiencing a network outage preventing the receipt of SMS messages for over a week.

Is Giffgaff the same company as Lebara?

HazelS Yes, it’s another virtual mobile network provider that offers free SIM delivery and similar deals. I’ve ordered a free SIM to have on hand in case the issue with Lebara isn’t resolved.
