New customer, can't even activate because SMS doesn't work??

    I have recieved my new SIM today, but I can't actually do anything with it as all the activation options use an inbound SMS for verification, and it appears that inbound SMS is broken on Lebara... How do I activate my SIM??
    I've been waiting for support (chat) to respond for an hour now and nothing is happening - should I just sack this off as a sign of things to come and cancel before I even begin lol?

      I tried again the next day and the text came through OK. No idea what happened in the interrim but it worked eventually.

        MayContainNuts I couldn't download the Lebara APP using the qr code on the letter from Lebara. I put my new sim in my phone and tried to sign in to my Lebara account online but the text message with the activation code wasn't getting through to my phone. I then called 5588 from my phone and this activated my sim and I could then receive & make calls/texts and then set up my account
