I have been unable to get my PAC code from Lebara UK!
Each time I send the request via text to Lebara for the code, it says there is an error. I had no problem when requesting for a pac code from my previous provider recently. Then i try getting the PAC code from Lebara via online means and its says the validation code they themselves have sent me to validate my telephone number to proceed, is invalid and to call customer services. I have tried to call customer services endlessly and no one ever answers. And the same with online chat option: it says they are connecting you to an agent and then for hrs nothing happens and you don't get connected to anyone. Ever. It really is a total nightmare. I just want to move to a provider who can give me a working service and to keep the mobile number I have had for decades. There must be some law saying they cannot simply dodge or avoid my attempt to leave or keep my number. Does anyone have any ideas please? I am devastated and so stressed out.
