portin number not valid

I just started with you and want to port my old number in however, the portin form says the number printed on the letter i received with my sim is not a valid Lebara number! Help as I can no longer receive calls!

Hey physcopanda have you activated the Lenbara SIM yet? That would need to be done in order for the number porting to begin.

it's odd, the form definitely didn't work in Chrome, the validation just failed every time, however in Firefox, it worked straight away so i am sorted now but it's something your web app team should prob look into

Physcopanda im having that problem too! Im trying to link my phone number to the app and it keeps saying validation code sent but it hasnt! Ive checked my spam nothing! Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing! My sim is useless without the app 😐 how do i get firefox on my phone? Sorry im not very savy with all this! 😆 any advice would be much appreciated 😀
