    It has been nearly 3 weeks since I complained about my reception issue in my home. I barely have 2 bar or more. It’s either 1 bar or none at all. This is also the case with my husband who’s also with Lebara. We both have different phones, I have an iPhone and he has a Samsung and it’s not to do with our settings either because we both get good reception out side of our home.
    Now since my complaint and escalation, I keep getting daily text messages that I will get a call shortly but this is now getting very frustrating annoying and not helpful at all because to different people everyday I have to explain the same thing but they don’t have a resolution, don’t know when it will be resolved and keep saying we can’t do anything we need to do pass on to our technical team because we are from customer support or complaints team. The other thing is they don’t read their notes that I have had with the previous caller. All I want is to use my phone at home to speak to my friends and family and I just want Lebara to tell me if it will be resolved or not then I need to go to another phone provider.
