    I’m a new user of 2 days, the reception at home and work is so poor with work no existent inside the building. Sadly Lebara isn’t for me , I know it’s vodaphones network so it’s their issue.
    ive just phoned customer services and they said I could cancel my plan (12 months) by just turning off auto renew with no further penalty payments due, can someone confirm this is how easy as it sounds? I don’t want to be hit by none payment letters etc just because I’ve turned off the auto renew new.

    Sounds a bit unlikely, else why would they offer a 12-month plan if it can be cancelled before the end of contract? Unless they're offering a 14-day cooling-off period? Read the T&Cs of the plan see what it says, then call them to clarify
