I had that last night and I contacted customer services on the 020 number and they said it would be resolved by today. It has been. However I can’t connect the ported number to iMessage. So I’m not in the clear yet. Hope I don’t regret this switch.
I got through to Customer Service and they said there’s a fault with some sms messages atm but should be sorted in the morning. Like you I hope we don’t regret switching 👍
Have you connected to iMessage ok with your number ? Tbh I’ve never had this palava before about changing the settings yourself. Usually new contracts they do it all and just let you know
