Calling local numbers in India

Hello. I am going to India in two weeks. Please can you confirm that the below includes calling local numbers in India and I don’t need to do anything else to configure once I’m there? I’m from the UK. Thanks, Annabel

The numbers only work from the UK you cant call Indian numbers from india.

You can call Indian numbers from India - Provided you add +91 to the numbers. The issue is that the Indian numbers cannot call you as a local call

That has been my experience - since I came to India 10 days ago
