Repeated Internet settings text messages

    Virtually every day since 4 November I have been receiving Internet settings messages containing configuration details for the Lebara APN.
    I have been with Lebara since 2022 and have been using the mobile Internet via 4G or 5G almost every day with no problem.
    I have checked my settings and they are identical to the settings in the text message.
    Why do I keep receiving these repeated messages and how do I stop them?

    That sounds really frustrating ToeKnee60 I think this is one for customer support. You can call them from your Lebara number on 5588. Other contact methods here.

      I had a chat with Customer Support and they told me that I should not receive these APN configuration messages again.
      So far so good. The last configuration message that I received was on 28th December 2025.

        Unfortunately the daily APN settings text messages from Lebara started up again on 15 January after a short break of 2 1/2 weeks.
