Roaming in India not working n Lebara not working in India - customer service not able to sort

Can you provide a bit more information on your issue Hashn1, what exactly is not working? Is it calls, SMS and data? What did customer support say when you contacted them?

It’s calls back to UK that were not working hence the usage of data - ended up purchasing more but now I am told I will be capped at 30 - the reason for higher usage was my inability to make normal calls
