Voicemail notifications

I keep getting persistent lebara voicemail received notifications even though when I check on 121 there are no new voicemail messages. Does anyone know how to get rid of these. Have tried various device fixes to no avail. Is it a network issue?

SteveCW I was able to resolve this issue. Go into voicemail 121 press 4 then 3 which will take you to notification settings. There are 3 options text, alert and deliver and icon notification. You will be advised of your current setting likely text change this to one of the other options. Then hang up. Go back in to 121 again 4 and 3 and revert back to your original setting. This should clear the stuck notification.
