Lebara app not working

Hello everyone 😀 ive just downloaded the lebara app and when i try to link my phone number to the app it says verification code successfully sent but it has'nt! I have tried several times and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail 🤔 i've checked my spam nothing! My sim is useless without the app! what can i do? HELP 😐
