I bought a 30Gb card for a new ZTE mifi router from Amazon £5 - fitted SIM card, powered up got one and a half web pages then no more internet. Router admin shows some data going upstream but nothing downstream. Wi-Fi network reported as 'No Internet ' and Code to extend half price offer is reported as ' Invalid ' on Lebara website.
    Any ideas?
    Cheers, Ken

kcegginton are you able to test the SIM in another device, preferably a phone to see if the data is working?

Martin as I said in my subject line, 50 MB of data came through initially. After a long chat with one of the Lebara operatives, it seems that the Amazon offer of 30Mb for £5 (for three months) was not recognized when the sim card was activated becuase the Lebara system was "incompatible" and so the card was registered as 'blank' with no plan/credit allocated. The code from Amazon to continue the offer for two more months was rejected as being 'Invalid'. Hence I received the initial 50MB only. I was told to take it up with Amazon and no offer of goodwill was made on behalf of Lebara. I asked whether a £5 PAYG 'Top-up' work get me up and running and was told that 'yes' it would get me credit - so I purchased that and checked everything worked. I soon found that over 20% of the credit was used-up on 12MB of data- I later read in the small-print later (my mistake) that Lebara charge data at the rate of £93 per GB for topup when no 'plan' is activated. So I then paid for a 5GB plan. I absolutely needed that card working today - otherwise I would have approached the problem more cool-headedly and read all the small print - but then the Lebara operative could have warned me about the cost. I am now down £10 on my outlay and have only 5GB of data available instead of 30GB. Do I have any warm feelings for Lebara - what do you think? But thank you for your response. Ken.
