Recently transferred to Lebara having seen this offer on Martin Lewis's website.
There was an offer : 3 months @ 1.50 and a £25 voucher. No optional which voucher I wanted. Assuming they would send me details on how to claim the voucher once I had transferred. Nothing has come through. Instead got an email saying that I can claim the voucher but I have to buy a plan first, which I have already done so. Called Customer Services and they can't see the email. They have a list of emails sent to me but interestingly she couldn't tell me how many emails they have sent me since I transferred to them! Customer service lady very unhelpful.
Has any one had similar issues?
