Esim problems with Samsung S25 Ultra

    Hi, I'm unable to activate my esim on my new Samsung S25 Ultra. I have a physical sim, and got it set up without problems on my Samsung S23 Ultra with the QR Code but it won't connect. Just says emergency calls only. Where the esims are displayed it just says Lebara unknown number and it will not retain the APN settings. The Lebara chat line agents give varying answers and tell me an email is being sent but one never arrives. This has been going on for over of week. Would really appreciate a proper resolution. Thanks.

    Just to clarify the issue. Shortly after activating the esim on the S23 I had to change phones to the S25. Which is when this problem occurred.
