How to go back to physical sim from eSIM?

eSIM isn’t work for me how do I go back to physical sim?

Can you provide more information on what's going wrong with the eSIM ItsFobbo? We should be able to get it working for you.

Haven’t been able to receive calls or text from anyone for almost a week.

I’ve been thru all the settings, done a reset of network settings. Told customer service not to call mobile but gave them my landline but they tried to call mobile and obviously didn’t get thru. I’m left in limbo with no help from customer service.
It’s like the transfer of my number hasn’t gone thru properly or there is a call divert on. People that call me get “This person’s phone is currently unavailable “
I’ve managed to get a pac code and tempted to leave Lebara altogether. The only text that seem to come are service texts.

Still no call from Lebara, phoned them again and told they’d call me tomorrow to sort issue.

Guess what?
Got a service message from Lebara saying they tried to call me regarding my complaint and will try again tomorrow. Obviously didn’t read the notes that I cannot receive calls on my mobile and to call me on my landline. Have had no calls to my landline.

So frustrated! 😩

After phoning again tonight I was promised someone would call me back from complaints in 2 minutes on my landline…..well it didn’t happen.
