Not receiving One Time Passcodes from bank

    I recently moved 5 plans onto Lebara. I can not receive a OTP by SMS from my bank now. I have used the chat 4 times and been told it was fixed. It wasn’t. I then complained and received a call the following day saying it was fixed. It isn’t. This only affects one bank. They e confirmed the codes are being sent but I am still not receiving them. Other financial institutions OTP’s are coming through. The OTP sends to another number fine, just not to my lebara sim which is a physical sim in an iPhone. I’ve checked SMS spam and done everything I can think of. I was asked to confirm if it was working following my call from customer services. I could not do it at the time but have since confirmed it is still not working but have not received the follow up call to tell them, although I did follow up with yet another email. It’s becoming a real problem being unable to access money and I’m getting to the stage where I’ll need to leave lebara and go back to another provider if they can’t fix this.
