Help!

Can anyone help me please. I purchased a Lebara SIM card in the UK and was able to use it for phone calls there. I’m now in India and it’s not working. I’m using it on an Indian redmi dual SIM card phone which Lebara said was fine. I’m useless at technology and would appreciate any help as I can’t call out to any uk number. On redmi have you set call to correct sim
There is an option to select which sim is used to make calls

I’ve done that. I’ve literally tried everything. I can’t message you as no text messages or calls work. I’m a pensioner and this is very hard for me to do. I’m trying my hardest though. I was recommended to Lebara and everyone says it’s easy but not for me. I have photos on my phone what I have done but not sure how to send to you . Sorry about this

I’m still unable to use LEBARA. My month runs out today so I have paid for nothing. Lebara helpline have tried to help me when I called them and I did everything possible but they are unable to do anything as none of the available networks work. I’m absolutely gutted! I’m obviously doing something wrong 😢
