Unable to receive calls or texts after port in ‘complete’

    I’ve recently swapped to my old number from EE,
    called EE and told port in was complete, called Lebara to advised various things and then told ‘it will just work after the 13th’ still not working.
    unable to request repeat prescriptions and expecting important calls around job interviews so it would be ideal to get this actually working as I’ve been advised.
