Why can’t I send a text to my friend in the USA on his mobile?

You need to top up account everything must be paid in advance.
There is no credit with Lebara

Thanks, but I’m in a monthly contact which has loads of credit on it, I was on the phone to the USA yesterday without a problem 🤷♂️

What is your credit balance at moment.
Phone calls are included as international minutes which are free to USA
Texts arent free only calls.
Lebara doesn't offer credit even on contracts. Your paying up front for allowances no credit is given
