Unresolved PAC code transfer issue and persistent poor customer service

Limebasil That's encouraging to know. Having issued a PAC code the latest excuse from Lebara is that the request has hindered any progress of what they're meant to be doing, therefore, can they cancel the PAC code request "so, we can fix the issue"!! Couldn't make this up...6 weeks of BS
