    Hi everyone,

We've had quite a few community members asking about wifi calling so we've put together this handy guide to explain what it is and how it works.

    What is wifi calling?
Wifi calling lets you make and receive calls over wifi when there's a poor mobile phone signal. As long as you're connected to a wifi network, weather it's at home, work or a business you can continue to stay connected and make calls!

    How does wifi calling work?
Simply put wifi calling allows your phone to make calls and send texts over a wifi network instead of using the usual mobile network.

How do you enable wifi calling?
    1. Go to SETTINGS on the home screen of your phone.
    2. Select PHONES.
    3. Select WiFi CALLING.
    4. Turn ON the toggle for WiFi calling and return to the home screen.
    5. You should see the WiFiCall icon on the top right of the screen.

Let us know if you have any questions about wifi calling or need assistance setting it up on your phone.

Hi, Martin, since moving to lebara my phone no longer offers a Wifi calling option. The menu option is no loner their. I believe LEBARA hve to enable the function on the Sim. I have called the support team and was advised to try again in a Few days..Over a week later it is still not there. ..I will be calling again but last time it was a struggle to get help as they just point me to steps u have provided. I was eventually passed onto someone whom said they would sort... Any advice please?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 with a Lebara SIM and mobile signal is poor whenever and where ever I am indoors so Wi-Fi calling would be extremely welcome but it does not appear as an option in my phone settings.
Having read the above I am none the wiser as to how to enable it on my phone.
Has anyone resolved this issue on their phone and able to offer any advice.
              Thanks

Martin - Your instructions do not work on my phone. There is no PHONES in the phone settings.
On my Android phone Wi-Fi Calling is set up via the telephone app, not the phone settings. This is how I do it on my phone although yours may be different if it is an iPhone: -
Open Telephone app (as if you are going to make a call) > press the ‘Hamburger’ icon (3 horizontal lines) > Settings > Calling accounts > Lebara > WiFi Call > Use Wi-Fi Calling - Select this and enable it. Then close your telephone app.
                .................................................. .............................................
My wife's Android phone is different again but Wi-Fi Calling is again set via the phone app, not the phone settings: -
Open the phone app > Press on the three vertical dots (the kebab menu icon) > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling - Enable/disable it.

Just discovered it is also in the quick access pull-down menu on her phone (but not on my phone).
