When is the discount applied for the new customer?

JayCee the qualification period is 60 days from when the referred person activates their SIM card. More information can be found in the FAQs on this page.

I know it’s 60 days for me to get my reward but it’s advertised as 50% off for the new customer for first 3 months. Surely they should get this immediately? They have been charged full price?

JayCee I've heard back on this and you're correct, the discount should be applied right away so please advice your friend to contact customer support for further assistance getting the discount properly applied.
